- Equipping young people with conflict management skills

- Improving cultural diversity through non-violent communication

- Reducing aggression and violence among young people and communities.

- Cultivating emotional intelligence through active listening, empathetic understanding, and assertive expression of feelings and needs.

👥 7 Participants (18-30yo) + 1GL (18+)

🇪🇺 Partner Countries: Austria, Italy, Serbia, N. Macedonia, Turkiye, Slovakia

✈️ Travel reimbursement max 225€ (Check the info pack)

💶 Food and accommodation 100% covered by the hosting organization - Participation fee 25€
