🔎 Main Objectives

Develop and test innovative non-formal education methods for working with rural youth and young people with fewer opportunities.
Strengthen youth workers’ skills in inclusion, active participation, and empowerment.
Integrate digital and entrepreneurial education into youth work for rural contexts.
Foster long-term cooperation among European youth organisations to improve rural inclusion practices.

👥 Who we are looking for

✔️ 18+ years old

✔️ Resident in 🇮🇹 Italy with valid travel documents (passport or ID)

✔️ Active in youth work (youth worker, educator, trainer, social worker, NGO staff, community leader)

✔️ Committed to social inclusion and motivated to support rural youth and marginalized groups

✔️ Open to experimenting with new non-formal education tools and methodologies

✔️ Able to communicate in English and participate fully in activities

✔️ At least 1 participant with fewer opportunities (social, geographical, economic)

💶 Conditions

✈️ Travel reimbursement: up to 540€

🏠 Food & accommodation: 100% covered
