🔎 Main Objectives
Strengthen creativity and self-development through movement (dance, body work, improvisation).
Learn new techniques of mindfulness and mental health, including body movement and working with emotions.
Develop the ability to manage emotions and overcome negative beliefs.
Promote empathy, compassion, volunteering and respect for differences.
Experience intercultural exchange and strengthen the international network of youth organisations.
👥 Participants Profile
✔️ 18-30 years old (youth participants)
✔️ Group leader 18-35 years old
✔️ Fully resident in 🇮🇹 Italy with valid travel documents (passport/ID required)
✔️ Motivated to explore body movement, self-expression and intercultural learning
✔️ Ready to participate actively in workshops, discussions and group activities
✔️ Committed to attend the full duration of the exchange and join dissemination actions afterwards

💶 Financial Conditions
