🔎 Main Objectives

🔹 Improve the skills of youth workers in fostering inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities.

🔹 Learn and apply teambuilding methods to create inclusive, supportive group environments.

🔹 Exchange good practices in non-formal education to combat stereotypes and social exclusion.

👥 Who we are looking for

✔️ 18+ years old

✔️ Resident in 🇮🇹 Italy with valid travel documents (passport or ID)

✔️ Active in youth work or motivated to engage with disadvantaged youth

✔️ Comfortable in English and willing to participate fully in activities

✔️ Committed to follow-up and dissemination after the training

💶 Conditions
