🔎 Main Objectives

🔹 Prevent emotional burnout among youth workers through Playback Theatre methods.

🔹 Develop emotional awareness, resilience, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

🔹 Learn innovative theatre-based tools for working with diverse and vulnerable target groups.

🔹 Create new local project ideas to strengthen communities using Playback Theatre methodology.

👥 Participants Profile

✔️ 18+ years old

✔️ Fully resident in 🇮🇹 Italy with valid travel documents (passport required)

✔️ Youth worker, educator, NGO member, or someone motivated to become one

✔️ Comfortable working in English and ready to be actively involved on stage and in group work

✔️ Ready to step out of comfort zone, engage in theatrical activities, and organize follow-up actions after the TC

✔️ Committed to attend the full duration of the course and participate in dissemination activities

💶 Financial conditions

✈️ Travel reimbursement: up to 395€

🏠 Food & accommodation: 100% covered by the hosting organization
