TC "First Steps To Employment"
📆 01 – 06 June 2025
📍Krushevo, North Macedonia
🔎 Main Objectives:
🔹 Strengthen the capacities of youth workers, educators, and partner organizations in tackling youth unemployment.
🔹 Develop practical skills in career counseling, soft skills training, and digital literacy.
🔹 Equip participants with tools for resume building, interview prep, and career guidance.
👥 Participants Profile:
✔️ 18+ years old (priority given to 25–40yo)
✔️ Fully resident of 🇮🇹 Italy with ready travel documents.
✔️ Youth worker, educator, NGO representative, or someone aiming to become one
✔️ Comfortable working in English and in an international team
✔️ Motivated and ready for intensive training days
✈️ Travel reimbursement: up to 253€ (Check the info pack)
💶 Food and accommodation 100% covered by the hosting organization - Participation fee 25€
